Recently, a cooperative customer from Malaysia came to our factory specifically to inspect the contactless intelligent car washing machine equipment, observe the machine, production, and test the overall performance on site, in order to provide on-site docking for future local market cooperation.

In recent years, the number of private cars in Malaysia has been increasing, and traditional manual car washing is time-consuming and labor-intensive, with labor costs rising year by year. The unmanned and fully automated intelligent car washing mode is becoming increasingly popular in the local area. Especially the contactless car washing machine does not damage the car paint, has a low failure rate, and is easy to maintain in the later stage, making it very suitable for the operation scenarios of local stores, gas stations, and parking lots. This is also the main reason why the customer came specifically to investigate on-site this time.

During the visit, we took our clients on a full tour of the production workshop, assembly and debugging area, and finished product display area, allowing them to visually see the complete process of equipment assembly from parts, whole machine debugging to factory testing. The customer looked very carefully and understood the materials used for the body, circuit layout, waterproof technology, and overall stability one by one. They compared and understood the differences between our equipment and ordinary models on the market.

During the on-site demonstration, we fully demonstrated the fully automatic workflow of the contactless car washing machine. There is no brush touching the car body throughout the whole process, and the whole process of flushing, foam, fine cleaning, and air drying is automatically completed through intelligent induction precise positioning. The cleaning coverage is comprehensive, while saving water and electricity, and the overall car washing efficiency is very high. After observing the operation effect on site, the customer highly recognized the cleaning effect and the stability of the machine operation.

During the communication, the customer focused on inquiring about practical implementation issues such as voltage adaptation in Malaysia, adaptation to high temperature and humid environments, English systems, remote after-sales service, and equipment durability. We provided targeted explanations on the overseas configuration plan, localization adaptation and upgrading, installation and debugging, as well as post maintenance services of the equipment, based on the local climate and market conditions, to address the customer's concerns about implementation.

This face-to-face on-site inspection allowed the customer to truly see the factory's strength and the true quality of the equipment, and also gave us a better understanding of the real needs of the Southeast Asian market. In the future, we will continue to optimize the configuration of overseas version equipment, improve the supporting services for going abroad, and promote intelligent car washing equipment that is more suitable for Southeast Asian climate to the local market, working together with overseas customers for win-win results.
